PRIVACY NOTICE
I.- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
GRECONAVE, SC (hereinafter “GRECONAVE”) with address at Mexico-Tenochtitlan Avenue, exterior number 42, interior 103-A, Tabacalera neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc municipality, CP 06030, Mexico City.
II.- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
GRECONAVE requires personal data from natural persons (the “Data Subjects”) for the purposes mentioned below:
1. To identify them, consult and verify the data and information they provide, which may include their image and voice.
2. To provide them with customs agency services, logistics operations for the supply chain, legal and tax advice, strategic information and consistency in supply for operational inventory efficiency.
3. To offer you new products or services or to inform you of any changes to previously contracted products or services.
4. To comply with the obligations contracted with the Holders.
5. To evaluate the quality of the service that GRECONAVE provides.
6. For statistical purposes.
7. To be able to enter into contracts with the Owners.
8. To make payment requests to the Holders.
9. To assign or transfer the rights in its favor derived from the contracts that have been entered into with the Owners.
10. To provide them with information related to the contracts entered into with the Owners.
11. To contact them in order to keep their personal data updated, while the legal relationship between the Owners and GRECONAVE is in force.
12. To make inquiries to credit information companies, with the prior authorization of the Holders, where applicable.
13. To consult, validate and/or verify the data provided by the Holders.
14. For marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting purposes.
The Holders are informed that the purposes that gave rise to the existence of the legal relationship are those stated in sections 1 and 2 above and those that will serve to maintain and/or fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship between the Holder and GRECONAVE, as well as for commercial purposes will be those contained in sections 3 to 14.
Through this Privacy Notice, GRECONAVE guarantees the right of the Data Subjects to express their refusal to the processing of their personal data in relation to the purposes stated above and those that the Data Subjects consider not necessary for the legal relationship, for which the Data Subjects must inform GRECONAVE of their refusal at the time that GRECONAVE makes this Privacy Notice available to them, it being understood that the express consent that the Data Subjects grant at the time that this Privacy Notice is delivered to them or expressly accepted by hand or electronically is a sign of their agreement, without prejudice to their right to revoke the consent that they had previously granted, or to exercise their right to oppose the processing of their data in terms of the applicable provisions, rights that will in any case be guaranteed by GRECONAVE.
III.- OBTAINING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
GRECONAVE collects the data of the Holders (i) in person; (ii) through electronic means, including audiovisual media; (iii) by telephone; (iv) by email; or (v) by any other means permitted by the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”). The data that GRECONAVE collects from the Holders is processed through appropriate technical, administrative and digital means that allow the protection of their information. The data of the Holders receives secret and confidential treatment by GRECONAVE, who adopts for this purpose the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to the data collected.
For their part, the Holders declare that their data is accurate, authentic and complete and is the responsibility of the person who provides it, therefore releasing GRECONAVE from any liability related to this regard. The data that the Holders freely and voluntarily provide to GRECONAVE includes: identification data, employment data, property data, video images recorded with or without sound and personal references of the Holders. The identification data includes: name, nationality, occupation, economic activity, address, economic information; address; federal taxpayer registry, unique population registry code, official identifications, telephone number, website, email.
GRECONAVE does not collect sensitive data from the Owners.
As part of the security measures that GRECONAVE implements at its address, it will take video recordings, with or without sound, during the hours in which its address is open to the public. The images and/or sounds that may be captured by the video surveillance cameras will be used to safeguard the security of the Owners and the people who work at the GRECONAVE address.
IV.- EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO RIGHTS).
The Data Subjects shall be responsible for the accuracy, veracity, authenticity and validity of their data. The Data Subjects have the right to (i) access the personal data collected from them; (ii) rectify their data, if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel their data when they consider it is not necessary for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, and it is legally applicable; and (iv) oppose the processing of said data, in terms of the Law and the applicable provisions on the matter.
V.- REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
At any time, the Data Subjects may inform GRECONAVE of their decision to revoke the consent previously granted for the processing of personal data in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, so that GRECONAVE stops using them and provided that the consent to be revoked does not derive from a contractual legal relationship agreed with GRECONAVE, that the law allows it or that it has been expressly agreed between GRECONAVE and the Data Subjects. In all cases, the revocation of consent will not have retroactive effects. The means and procedure to make it effective are mentioned below.
VI.- MEANS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS AND FOR THE REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
The Holders may exercise their ARCO rights and revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data, through the respective request, which may be obtained free of charge at the address of GRECONAVE or may be sent by email. Said request will indicate the requirements and the procedure for the exercise of the ARCO rights and/or for the revocation of consent for the processing of their personal data, which is described below. Once the duly completed request has been received and once the identity of the Holder of the personal data is accredited, or the legal representation of the same by means of the valid official identification and power of attorney of the legal representative (which will be attached to the file), an acknowledgment of receipt will be delivered. Once the request has been received, GRECONAVE will respond to it within 20 (twenty) calendar days. The response will be made available to the Holders at the address of GRECONAVE or by email within the aforementioned period. If appropriate, GRECONAVE will comply with the request within 15 (fifteen) calendar days thereafter.
In the event that the requests contain errors, any inconsistency or any data, document or information is missing; within the period of 20 (twenty) calendar days indicated in the previous paragraph, GRECONAVE will inform the Holders of the omission, error or inconsistency and will request from the Holders the information, documentation or clarification required, and in this case, the term for the response will run from the moment in which the error or omission is corrected.
For any information, questions, clarifications or complaints, GRECONAVE has appointed Mr. Sergio Landeros Rodríguez as the person responsible for receiving and assisting the Holders in any matter related to the processing of their personal data and with this privacy notice. Likewise, GRECONAVE has enabled the telephone number (664) 975 7765 and the email address: slanderos@greconave.com in order to provide them with the necessary attention.
VII.- LIMITATION OF USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
When the processing of your personal data does not refer to those necessary to comply with a legal or contractual obligation (compliance with legal obligations arising from the legal relationship between the Holders and GRECONAVE), the Holders will have the right to request GRECONAVE to limit the use and/or disclosure of their data by means of the request that GRECONAVE will provide, so that if appropriate, GRECONAVE will register the personal data of the Holders in the exclusion lists within the term of 20 (twenty) calendar days counted from the presentation of the respective request.
VIII.- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA BY GRECONAVE.
GRECONAVE uses the personal data of its Holders exclusively for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice and retains them for the time specified in the legal provisions. GRECONAVE shares and/or transfers the personal data of its credit applicants and Holders with the third parties mentioned below:
1. With GRECONAVE suppliers and business partners.
2. To make payment requests through collection agencies.
3. For the provision of services.
4. To consult and verify the data and information provided by the Holders.
5. For marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting purposes.
6. When required by legal provision or by order of a competent authority duly founded and motivated.
7. In the cases indicated in article 37 of the Law.
Except in the cases stated above, applicants for credit or Holders can be assured that their data will not be transferred to third parties without their express consent.
GRECONAVE guarantees that the purposes of the processing of the personal data of the Holders will be respected by the third party recipients when any of the aforementioned transfers are verified. The third party recipients of the personal data of the Holders may be companies that are dedicated to or have a similar line of business to GRECONAVE or individuals or legal entities with which GRECONAVE has a contractual relationship, collection agencies, financial entities (national or foreign), Insurance and/or Surety Institutions, and individuals and legal entities that provide services to GRECONAVE.
The purposes of the transfers stated above will pursue (i) compliance with the provisions regarding Personal Data by GRECONAVE; (ii) maintenance and/or compliance with the obligations and rights contracted through the Contracts entered into with the Data Subjects; (iii) protection of GRECONAVE's payment rights; (iv) the guarantee of any right derived from the contracts entered into by GRECONAVE; (v) protection of the rights of the Data Subjects; and (vi) advertising and promotion of the products and services that GRECONAVE offers to its Data Subjects.
IX.- TRANSFER CONSENT.
The Holders agree that GRECONAVE may carry out the transfers in the cases provided for in this Privacy Notice, to the aforementioned third-party recipients and for the purposes stated, for which reason the Holders express their express consent at the time this Privacy Notice is delivered to them and they sign it.

X.- COOKIES Y WEB BEACONS.
GRECONAVE uses various technologies to improve the efficiency of its website www.GRECONAVE.com, including your experience when browsing said site. These technologies include the use of cookies. Cookies are small amounts of information that are stored in the browser used by each user so that the server remembers certain information that can later be used. Web beacons, on the other hand, are images inserted in the GRECONAVE website or email, which can be used to monitor the behavior of a visitor, as well as to store information about the user's IP address, duration of interaction time on said page and the type of browser used, among others. This information allows us to identify you and save your personal preferences to provide you with a better browsing experience. The Owners may, at any time, disable the use of this type of technology on their computer equipment.

Any change and/or modification, in whole or in part, to this Privacy Notice will be announced directly at the address of GRECONAVE, as well as through its website www.GRECONAVE.com
